Leadframe maker SDI signs cooperation agreement with Mitsubishi Shindoh Leadframe maker Shuen Der Industry (SDI) has signed a technology cooperation agreement with Japan-based Mitsubishi Shindoh on March 10 for the production of copper strips for leadframes.
